02:48And obviously, there was a government which had paralyzed decision making.

03:05Both the BJP and our Prime Ministerial candidate at that time, Shri Narendra Modi, held a hope.

03:14And therefore, in a cynical environment, that was an election which promised hope.

03:21Today, the environment is entirely different.

03:27We have a government which delivered.

03:32A new security doctrine makes India into one of the most powerful nations in the world,

03:39where our deterrent itself is our best defense.

03:44Not only our three conventional forces and our paramilitary forces, our ability in cyberspace,

03:52our ability in outer space, and our new policy of striking at terror at the point of origin

04:02has received global support.

04:09This is a new security doctrine for the future.

04:13And therefore, we will reject all ideas for the balkanization of India, which many others

04:22in the political and public space promise.

04:27And we will act completely with an idea which promises to make India one of the strongest

04:35and the secure countries of the world.
