00:40So first of all, apply hand sanitizer or wash your hands with soap before you use the mask.

00:49This colored side of the mask is usually the front side and should face away from you, while the white side touches your face.

00:56You can easily locate the metallic tip which is there on the mask.

01:00This flexible nose piece is meant to fit over your nose bridge.

01:04Next, bring the mask to your nose level, place it over your nose, mouth and chin.

01:11Pull the ear loops and tie them tightly behind your head.

01:15And finally, cover your mouth and nose with the mask and make sure there are no gaps between your face and the mask.

01:30And you're good to go.
