00:00Today we are here in Amritsar District Court where brother Narayan Singh Chaudhary, who was in jail from 4th December, 2024,

00:09was found guilty in the Sakbir Badal case, in the Radha Katar case, he was named by the E-Division Police Station.

00:17The case was already in progress and the hearing was held today.

00:22Additional Session Judge Sumit Kahi has been appointed by the court to attack brother Narayan Singh Chaudhary in the Sakbir Badal case.

00:33As you can see brother Narayan Singh Chaudhary was arrested on 4th December, 2024.

00:41He was sentenced to 12 days in jail.

00:44He was sent to Amritsar Jail and now he is being held in Ropar District Jail.

00:49Today, Sumit Kahi's son, Advocate Jaspal Singh Manjpur's son, Advocate Baljinder Singh Bajwa and our elder brother, Advocate Jagdeep Singh Zindaba.

00:59We have taken 2-3 videos from a long time ago where they were arguing.

01:06On the last day, the police were told that brother Narayan Singh Chaudhary has been charged with the 8th case.

01:14In the case where brother Taram Singh was found guilty, Jaspal Singh was the ACP's deputy.

01:35He is a senior citizen. He is around 70 years old.

01:43Sumit Kahi has agreed to the release of brother Narayan Singh Chaudhary.

01:52His release will be possible in the near future.
