00:05That we need to do things our way, because the surroundings are so different.

00:09I think it's family. People want to be here.

00:11They don't need to go to another club to reach this and this,

00:14because they can achieve it in this club.

00:17If you go six, seven years back, we were a really small club in Norway.

00:22We were like half of the time on second level, half of the time playing in top level,

00:28but we were like relegated quite soon.

00:32We are a small club from north of the Polar Circle.

00:35We are living in a city which has like 50,000-55,000 inhabitants.

00:40It's a small city and historically it's a small club as well.

00:43One way or another, we are situated in nowhere.

00:46The whole city is interested and it has a big boost in the city.

00:51Since 2019 until now, we have been two silver medals

00:55and we have won the title in the league four times.

00:59We have been in Europe now in the group stage or league phase now for four years in a row.

01:03I think the club has brought identity and proudness to the people in the north.

01:08The biggest thing about Vodafone has been that we always think about performance.

01:12We don't give a s*** about results, to be honest.

01:16You can feel that in some games we can win 5-0 in the league,

01:20but still the day after we are disappointed because we didn't do our best.

01:24By keeping this mindset, we can keep developing.

01:29I think five, six, seven people that are in real core positions

01:34have been here now for seven, eight years

01:37and have had the opportunity to make Vodafone a machinery in many aspects.

01:43I think Vodafone has definitely been one of the causes

01:45that Norwegian football has risen so much.

01:49I think we have been brave also investing the things that we have earned.

01:52We haven't put it in the bank, but we have been brave enough to buy good players.

01:57It's not that many clubs in Europe that you can play in Europe every year and be a part of that.

02:03So I think both the players and the club,

02:05we really enjoyed the journey and being a part of the European tournaments.

02:10And we see the potential in that and also building Norwegian football as we go.

02:16We are a new kid in town in many aspects, but that's a good thing to be.

02:21We don't set an end goal for everything.

02:24We have a goal to be better.

02:26And of course, we think that with this mindset, the results will come

02:30and we will achieve things in Europe and we will achieve things in our own league.

02:36Our ambition is to go to the Champions League in Europe.

02:39We are having the playoffs at the end of August.

02:42So we have been in Europe now for four years.

02:44We have lost two times in the playoffs.

02:46I think we have grown from a local regional top club to like,

02:52I think today we can say that we are a top club in Scandinavia

02:57and that we have performed well in Europe now for some years.

03:00So we are in a good place, I think.
