00:12The event featured nationwide simultaneous breast cancer awareness lectures and a free

00:18Experts underscore the importance of early detection as breast cancer remains one of
00:22the leading causes of death among women and records the highest number of cancer cases
00:27annually.
00:28Breast professionals also recommend monthly self-breast examinations for women age 20
00:34and above with immediate medical consultation for any abnormalities, while women age 40
00:39and above are advised to perform monthly self-examinations, undergo an annual breast exam by a doctor
00:45and have a yearly mammogram.
