01:58SUV's owner, he is an engineer, Vijay Singh, who works for a private company in Ghaziabad,

02:09not confirmed whether he was drunk or not, but the arresting has taken place after the

02:14video went viral last evening, as those were the first time when such incident has happened,

02:19we saw few days back, similar incident happened in Kanpur, but it is noteworthy that those

02:26injured did not suffer serious injuries, so again after some treatment they were later

02:30relieved, but the Vijay Singh who is accused in this particular case has been arrested
