00:00A series of violations of the Tropic of Cancer Act was committed by a police officer who passed through the EDSA busway.

00:07He doesn't have a license plate anymore, so he tried to steal it and ran away.

00:13Mark Salazar was caught red-handed.

00:19It was past 9 in the morning, rush hour in EDSA earlier.

00:22There was a motorcyclist behind the bus who illegally passed through the busway.

00:27The rider didn't know that he had already moved far away.

00:31He was stopped on Main Avenue by DOTR Special Action and Intelligence Committee for Transportation, or SAIC.

00:40The motorcyclist doesn't have a license plate yet.

00:42According to the spot report, the violator violated his apprehension and there is a point where he will escape.

00:51When he was caught red-handed, the violator showed his license plate and PNP ID.

00:57He even tried to intimidate and arrest him.

01:01In order to confirm their acquaintance, the SAIC called Camp Krame.

01:07He was immediately turned over to PNP-CIDG.

01:21DOTR-SAIC called on the areas and if possible, no enforcer,
