09:16Yeah, man.
09:18Play that New York drum, Homer.
09:21Show them how we do it.
09:23Downtown.
09:25Just another way to prove I love you.
09:29When it's hard today, I'll lay back in my chair and find a way.
09:37And when you say that thing that you say that makes me mad,
09:42I'll turn away, I'll turn away, I'll turn away.
09:47And think of different ways to keep my spirits up
09:53and choreograph ours with playful, joyous thoughts.
09:59We both know I could learn a thing or two about relaxing.
10:04Hey, I love you.
10:06And after all, it's just another day.
10:12Oh, I could use some two or three or other kind of ways to be,
10:17but today I won't be so hard on me.
10:23I'll walk alone down a different street
10:29and smile at all the new strange I meet.
10:34And pick a unique style I'll kick around today
10:40and create simple...
10:42Skaters, there is one minute remaining in your warm-up.
10:47I could learn a thing or two about behaving,

15:27We are kicking off this morning with the Star 6 men's free program.
15:31This is Alexander Craig Brown's free program this morning.
15:35Starting us off strong.
15:37♪
15:46Little bit of a swing around in that double-double combination jump,
15:49but he held on.
15:51Big props to him for executing that landing,
15:53even when there's a little bit of trouble.
15:55♪
16:02Two really, really nice double sows in this program,
16:05something he should be really proud of for today.
16:07So we'll sit here and wait for the scores as you see our second skater
16:10getting ready to go.
16:12And then we will sit back and enjoy the skating.

19:38this time from Adam Chung.
19:40He can be really proud of that performance.
19:42There were some really fun highlights that he performed.
19:46Some strong double jumps that perhaps weren't executed perfectly today,
19:50but he was able to save the landings.
19:53Same here with that Axel double toe combination.
19:58As this skater grows, I'd love to see their confidence grow along with them.
20:02Things like their posture and their core strength,
20:05just presenting a little bit higher in the shoulders and chest
20:09and keeping that head up.
20:12Otherwise, this was a great performance.
20:14I can't wait to see the technical elements
20:16and the program components kind of grow along with this skater.
20:21A really nice showing today at the Provincial Championships.
20:23Congratulations to Adam.

24:21Well, that was a really fun villain theme program or inspector theme program.
24:26You get the Bond theme in there and the Pink Panther theme as well.
24:30Really nice axle loop combination to start off.
24:33Really seamless and flowed right out of that landing.
24:38I like how Alex took his time with each element.
24:41Alex Lamotte, 22.92.

27:44Representing the Markham Skating Club, that was a really fun program from Sheehan Lloyd.
27:48Let's take a look at some of the highlights.
27:52You can tell that Sheehan really loves to perform and clearly this program is something he loves to skate.
27:57Looked really comfortable out there and gave us all a smile this morning.
28:04Sheehan carried a lot of speed in and out of his jumps.
28:07It was really nice to see him land both of his axles in his program.
28:13The only difficulty came when he tried his double salchow today.
28:17Of course, probably the most challenging jump of the program,
28:20so great job to Sheehan for executing the program seamlessly otherwise.
28:26Really liked the strong camel position.
28:30So we'll sit here and await his scores and then watch our next skater. Go ahead.
28:34Sheehan Lloyd, 14.85. Sheehan is currently in fourth place.
28:41Please welcome the next competitor, representing the New Market Figure Skating Club, Albert Wu.

31:29Next to skate, representing the New Market Figure Skating Club, Albert Wu.
31:50Albert Wu.
31:51the Newmarket Figure Skating Club. The number one thing I noticed about Albert's performance was
31:57how deep he was digging in his knees. Perhaps the technical elements weren't all in his favor today
32:02but he was really strong in digging deep and trying to save that landing.
32:09A really beautiful axle to start there flowing right in and out.
32:16And then you could see his shoulders were just starting to get ahead of him on that Sao Cao loop.
32:21But he was able to still execute it really nicely.
32:26Great revolution and position time in that combination spin.
32:35And that particularly there is a great example of how deep he dug to stay on his feet.
32:39Had to touch down but no fall deduction for sure.
32:45So we'll sit here and wait for Albert's scores and then we'll go ahead with our next skater.
32:49The free program score for Albert Wu 21.12. Albert is currently in fourth place.
32:59Please welcome the next competitor representing the Guelph Skating Club, Max Alice.
33:06Well our final skater in this first group of star six men this is Max Alice.
35:49Max Alice.
35:54Representing the Guelph Skating Club that was Max Alice.
35:59I really enjoyed Max's performance. I think he is a really great performer and it was clear he was
36:04trying to tell a story from beginning to end here. As you might be able to hear our next group of
36:11skaters is taking the ice to warm up. But it was really nice to see Max take his time with each
36:17element. Comfortable in his landing positions. Perhaps as he continues in his skating I'd love
36:27to see how his finesse and poise grow along with his skating. Just finishing the pointing of that
36:32toe or the finesse of that choreography move. He's got a lot of the foundations for a great program
36:39here and I'm excited to see how his skating will grow in the future seasons. So congrats to him
36:44on a great performance and we will go ahead and watch our next group of skaters warm up
36:49in the star six men free program category. Stay with us, there's plenty of great skating ahead.
38:1414.53. Max is currently in sixth place.
38:45And while we have the time here I want to say welcome or welcome back to the 2025
39:11Skeet Ontario Provincial Championships. My name is Megan Churchill and I will be coming to you
39:17live from the broadcast, pardon me, the Uplifter broadcast booth all day long. I'll be your
39:22commentator providing insights on what you'll see on the ice and perhaps some things off as well.
39:26As you can see here we've got a group of skaters warming up. This is our star six men's free
39:31program category. We've already had the first half of this flight go. It's been really exciting so
39:36far and we are looking ahead to seeing these skaters have a great performance today. So I want
39:42to say a big thank you to all of our sponsors and volunteers who have made this weekend possible here
39:46at the Stratford Rotary Complex. It's a beautiful facility facility and we're so lucky to be able
39:52to have use of it this weekend. Thank you to Elite Jump Performance, to Jackson Skates, Uplifter,
40:00all of the incredible sponsors that make all of the events at Skeet Ontario possible.
40:07If you're looking to stay connected with us elsewhere we do have social media platforms.
40:18Our handle on all of those is at Skeet Ontario. Additionally you can also check us out on our
40:23website. That's where you can find a full list of schedules and results for events like these.

40:33up next, that's where you'd go for something like that. You can find us at www.SkeetOntario.org.
41:03Skaters, there is one minute remaining in your warm-up.
41:33Don't break it, love me to my bones. All this time I've wasted, you were right there all along.
42:03Fill me up, fill me up, fill me up. Your love is like a drug, your love is like a drug.
42:14Skaters, the warm-up time has ended. Please leave the ice. Thank you.
42:33The next competitor represents the Silver Blade Skating Club. Please welcome Dresden Becker.

45:36really enjoyed his music choice and it looked like he enjoyed skating to it as well
45:46he set the tone for the program really well with that axle flowing right in and out
45:50really strong landing position as well
46:01saw that half flip into the double flip combination
46:05maybe he wanted to see a little bit more speed heading into that jump or carry through that jump
46:10but otherwise it's great to see it landed
46:12in lots of great positions and rotations in those spins so he'll hopefully be rewarded by the judges
46:17for those so we'll await his scores and go ahead with our next skater congratulations
46:20to dresden on a great performance here at the 2025 skate ontario championships
