00:00The Vatican says Pope Francis is registering some new slight improvements in his battle
00:17against pneumonia.
00:18They say he's able to spend some periods of time during the day off the high flows of
00:23supplemental oxygen that he's been needing.
00:26Now he's just using regular, ordinary flows of oxygen.
00:30When he's moving from his hospital room to the chapel to pray, for example, he doesn't
00:34need to be hooked up to oxygen.
00:37And it was in that moment that he was photographed on Sunday at the beginning of mass.
00:42A photographer was shooting him from behind.
00:44It was the first image that we had seen of him since he was admitted on February 14th.
00:50The Vatican says he approved the image being released to the public, and it was the first
00:54time that we had seen what his life is like for the past month.
