00:00We get stuck in traffic jams every morning.

00:03What life is all about.

00:05We return and then we switch on the TV and you know the kind of crap that's thrown at us from there.

00:11Is that not sufficient to tell us our reality, who we are and where we come from

00:16and therefore what we are headed towards.

00:18It's all very loudly screaming at us that we are very much in the middle of a disaster.

00:25Yet we behave as if everything is normal.

00:27We attend weddings, we celebrate anniversaries, we participate in riots.

00:34Remember the story about the Shakyamuni Buddha.

00:37He was going to the youth festival and all that he saw was a sick man, an old man and a dead man.

00:44And these are everyday sights.

00:46Yet he was so sensitive that even these normal sights were enough to make him conclusively realize

00:54that there is something very very wrong with the way we are living.

00:57And so he took an entirely different path.
