Lacsina tows Akari closer to semis   Ivy Lacsina fires 28 points to lift Akari past Galeries in five sets to lead the series Akari displayed a high voltage performance to overcome the challenge posted by the gritty Galeries, 21-25, 25-19, 20-25, 25-16, 15-11, in the best-of-three quarterfinals of the Premier Volleyball League (PVL) 2024-25 All-Filipino Conference at the PhilSports Arena in Pasig City on March 15, 2025. 00:54For us, of course, we lost Ollie.

00:59So, of course, it's really hard.

01:02But for us, this conference, we are giving ourselves pressure

01:09in a good way, so that we can really play our game.

01:14And we don't have anything else to rely on if it's not us.

01:19There is no reason for us to take a step back.

01:24And as you can see, Ate Ellie really stepped up.

01:29Even though we know how hard it is for her to be an Ate.

01:34And she really needs to save her energy or her game against Ollie.

01:40But we are just telling her to be herself.
