00:27It's described as a place for consumers to express their displeasure

00:31at the US behavior towards the EU, Mexico and Canada.

00:35Well, this TikTok user has put together guides for people in the UK to avoid American brands.

00:42He says KFC and Costa are out, but Burger King is OK.

00:46America's neighbor and traditional ally has put its weight behind the boycott.

00:51Canadian apps have been launched to show you where you can buy domestically made products.

00:56And there are plenty of empty shelves after several provinces withdrew sales of US alcohol.

01:03Well, Canadians are also canceling holidays across the border.

01:07They're down 20 percent this year, and Forbes is predicting a potential

01:11four billion dollar economic loss for the United States.

01:16The tariffs backlash is also hitting Elon Musk's car company Tesla.

01:20Its value has fallen 50 percent from its December peak.

01:24That's a hit of 800 billion dollars.

01:27Tesla sales in Europe have also fallen dramatically.

01:31They were down 76 percent in Germany last month,

01:34when Musk was criticized for trying to interfere in the recent election.

01:39And once Donald Trump has come to his defense,

01:42reportedly buying a Tesla to support what he calls Elon's baby,

01:46some analysts say the president's backing could hinder rather than help the EV giant.
