00:00Okay, so eight hours of talks in Jeddah on Tuesday.

00:04I mean, do you think we are now looking at the beginning of the end of that war in Ukraine?

00:09I hope we're at the beginning of the end.

00:13A lot of negotiations still have to take place.

00:16Russia is looking for details of the agreement.

00:19There's going to have to be some pretty sophisticated diplomacy

00:23to get Russian President Putin to sign on to this agreement and to abide by it.

00:28I think it's a good first step.

00:30There's going to be tough negotiations afterwards on how to get a lasting peace.

00:36And there's also going to be discussions on how to verify the agreement.

00:39Now, the U.S. has proposed European and non-European peacekeepers to be deployed to Ukraine.

00:45Will this happen?

00:46What states will contribute to such a peacekeeping force?

00:49That still has to be worked out.
