00:00U.S. President Donald Trump withdrew from the 50% tariff on metal and aluminum from Canada.
00:07This is after Ontario Canada repaid its 25% high price on electricity sold to America.
00:16According to Ontario Premier Doug Ford, he was called by the U.S. Commerce Secretary
00:21and promised to remove the surcharge on electricity to avoid a higher tariff.
00:27Because of this, Trump decided to continue the 25% tariff on metal and aluminum instead of doubling it.
00:36Trump also insisted that the tariff is important for the economy of America even if it has an effect on the stock market.
