00:00The Philippine National Police issued a heightened alert from 5 p.m. yesterday as part of the standard security measures.

00:07First, the Philippine National Police or PNP called on the public to be calm and not to spread misinformation.

00:15Next, former President Rodrigo Duterte arrested Interpol's Warrants of Arrest from the International Criminal Court or ICC.

00:27PNP also insisted that they were just worried about the implementation of Interpol's Warrants of Arrest against the former President.

00:35The Philippine National Police will remain firm in the implementation of the legal process in the middle of the settlement of peace and order.

00:44The PNP will also remain professional and will follow the due process.
