00:09The UP government has issued guidelines because Holi is clashing with Friday Namaz this year
00:14and amid the raging Holi versus Namaz debate, the Delhi BJP has echoed also a similar move
00:20in the national capital as authorities have ramped up security measures ahead of Holi
00:24celebrations with extensive arrangements in place to ensure that Friday Namaz continues
00:30and so do Holi festivities.
00:32As per the latest guidelines, cops will be visiting sensitive areas and there will be
00:37a very, very clear directive on ensuring that there is no targeting of each other.
00:44Cops will visit all places of Holi Kadahan.
00:47Cops and magistrates will also meet religious leaders of all religions.
00:52Cops will also monitor areas of mixed population, procession routes and communal hotspots.
00:57CCTVs and drone cameras have been deployed.
01:05Holi celebration is just a day away and Sambal is under tight blanket of security.
01:09Currently, I am here at the Shankar Chowk at the main market of Sambal which witnessed
01:14violent riots last year in the month of November where five people have lost their life.
01:19And keeping all that in mind, the administration have deployed heavy police as well as RRF
01:25and PAC constables and police personals on the ground to keep eye on the situation as
01:31you can see in the visuals.
01:33I am here at the Shankar Chowk, the main market of the Sambal which is few meters away from
01:38the Shahi Jama Masjid and not here.
01:41Various places which are seen sensitive by the administration like these police personals
01:46are deployed there with anti-riot gears, three layers of security has been planned
01:52in the city to control the situation as well as the city has been divided into six zones
01:56and 29 sectors.
01:58Not only police personals but police and other departments are keeping eye via CCTV and drones
02:06on the ground and here you can see in the visuals behind me how police personals are
02:10deployed here because only one day is left for the Holi and Holi and Friday prayers are
02:17coinciding on the same day.
02:19Keeping all that in mind, the administration is also talking with peace committees, they
02:23have formed various peace committees, those who are bringing people from various organizations,
02:30masjid committees, mandir committees on one platform to request peace with cameraman Pradeep
