00:14The announcement was made by Agriculture Assistant Secretary for Agribusiness, Marketing and Consumer Affairs Genevieve Benicaria Guevara
00:23in accordance with the suggestion of several groups to include onions in the MSRP.
00:28Genevieve Benicaria Guevara also stated that they no longer need to pay MSRP for low-priced products.
00:36As of March 10, the price of local red onions in Metro Manila is Php 70 per kilo to Php 180
00:45while the local white onions are Php 60 to Php 150 per kilo.
00:51The imported white onions are Php 60 to Php 160 per kilo.
