00:00Right now, Wendy's in the hospital, we're waiting to see, you know, what the next tests
00:07are to my understanding she may be going under some more tests.
00:11And hopefully we're trying to see if she can go into a less restricted environment.
00:15How long are you expecting her to stay at the hospital and what kind of tests are we
00:19talking about?
00:20It's day by day right now.
00:23I think she has to go through another eval as well, just to kind of seal the deal.
00:31I think it's a little more extensive is my understanding, but that may not be true.
00:36I don't know.
00:37Everything has just been up in the air as of today, but right now she's safe in a safe
00:41environment where she is protected and she's not confined.
00:46And there's people on her side.
00:48Put me down here if you want, but my recon is she's at the hospital, not necessarily
00:55because of additional tests.
00:57She does not want to go back to that memory unit.
00:59There are more tests coming, it's my understanding just one today.
01:02I don't know if it's going to actually happen, but no, obviously, clearly nobody would want
01:07to go there.
01:08Wendy doesn't want to go there.
01:09She doesn't want to go back to a confined space.
01:12She doesn't want to go onto a locked unit.
01:14No, she definitely does not want to do that.
01:16And she feels very protected at the hospital.
01:19Has the guardian said anything to Wendy with everything that's going on?
01:24I mean, that we have the documentary and the NYPD and adult protective services and a psychiatric
01:31test and all these things.
01:33Has the guardian interacted with her at all to talk about this?
01:37No, it's my understanding.
01:39Wendy said the guardian showed up at the hospital, didn't ask how she's doing, didn't ask what's
01:45going on.
01:46Did she talk to Wendy?
01:47Not at all.
01:48She just stood outside of her room, according to Wendy.
01:51What's going on here?
01:52I mean, why wouldn't the guardian interact with her?
01:55I think the guardian is guarded, if that's the right thing to say.
02:00You know, I think she feels that anything that she says towards Wendy is going to be
02:05put under a microscope and she may be criticized for it.
02:09But that's sad and unfortunate because to me, that means that she hasn't developed a
02:13relationship with Wendy.
02:15She's not guarding Wendy.
02:17She's not looking for what's in her best interest because a good guardian will have a relationship
02:24with their ward.
02:25A good guardian would be worried about their ward.
02:29A good ward, a good guardian would want their ward to be happy.
02:35And so if you have, if there's a communication breakdown, you need not be that guardian because
02:40how are you going to work in her best interest?
