00:15:16so um good evening it's eight o'clock and welcome to sans films music room uh
00:15:44if everything is right the machine is working in the back and uh beaming ourselves into the into the
00:15:51world um we are under this weird situation of the lockdown and the impossibility of performing i
00:15:57think ewan was saying earlier on that you haven't performed for three or four months can't even
00:16:02remember i mean no you have performed but not to a live i haven't performed with another musician
00:16:08i've done lots of solo gigs but to actually do a real live communication with another musician
00:16:16and so in the in the for her for for us here at sans this is very much experimental in the sense
00:16:24that we're not trying to replace live gigs or anything like that we we're aware it's completely
00:16:30different uh and we're exploring the form the format of how to deliver something which is live but it's
00:16:37at the same time obviously the experience for the audience is completely different because they
00:16:41are at home we're actually in their space rather than them coming to our venue so it's a completely
00:16:48different thing and also the relationship to the music is different because they can uh listen to
00:16:53it again they can pose they can go back to it they can um so and they they don't interact with you as
00:17:00much as completely that's right they can talk they can talk and all those things uh but incidentally
00:17:07talking of that we we would love people who are listening to make comments and feedback and come back
00:17:14to us um the one of the most difficult thing with this crisis is the isolation that people will find
00:17:22themselves and um i think that uh since we have all this technology to communicate it would be lovely
00:17:30to have a lot of you know feedback and communication from from people um one thing which is important
00:17:37about those things is that they're the the events are free and not ticketed so that as many people can
00:17:43participate to listen and that requires you to the listener to share and to uh tell your friends and
00:17:51pass it on um likewise um we rely on your donations uh to pay the musician pay the venue pay everything
00:18:03so we do it for the love of the art but at the same time uh we still have to do shopping so um welcome
00:18:11i give you um fred thomas and you and uh bleach sorry you tonight for this uh playing wagner thank you thank
00:18:23you very much all right so the first thing we're going to play is the prelude from wagner's opera pasifal
00:18:41uh
00:18:53uh
