বিধানসভার বাজেট অধিবেশনের দ্বিতীয় পর্বে ফের উত্তেজনা ছড়াল। সোমবার বিজেপি বিধায়ক হিরণ চট্টোপাধ্যায়কে বলতে না দেওয়ার অভিযোগকে কেন্দ্র করে শুরু হয় বিশৃঙ্খলা। বক্তব্যের মাঝেই মাইক বন্ধ করে দেওয়া হয় বলে অভিযোগ। বিধানসভার বাইরে এসে বিক্ষোভে ফেটে পড়েন হিরণ।



Chaotic situation again built up in the second part of the budget session of the Assembly. On Monday, chaos broke out over allegations that BJP MLA Hiran Chatterjee was not allowed to speak. It is alleged that the microphone was switched off midway through his speech. Hiran burst into protest outside the Assembly.
