U.S. Secret Service Shoots Armed Man Near White House

The U.S. Secret Service shot a man during a confrontation after receiving a tip from local police that a suicidal person might be traveling to Washington from Indiana. President Donald Trump was at his Florida residence during the shooting. The armed man was taken to the hospital. No Secret Service agents were injured.
