01:11Sagar, if you can tell us what exactly happened, which one of the persons from what we understand
01:17was thrown into the canal, one of the male people still being looked at.
01:21Investigations are underway.
01:23The incident happened near Sanapur Lake, which is about 4 km from international tourist spot
01:29Hampi in the Koppal district of Karnataka.
01:32And if you notice that there were two foreigners, one American and an Israeli, and the other
01:38two tourists were from India and one was a homestay owner.
01:43And according to police, FIR and details that we have gathered, that Israeli tourist was
01:50allegedly raped along with the homestay lady was also been raped by these accused.
01:56And the American tourist was injured and one tourist from Orissa who was there at the spot
02:01was missing last night, but this dead body was found this morning from the lake.
02:06Police are searching for the accused who are at large and they are investigating further.
02:11Everything started when the accused who came on a bike requested money from these tourists
02:16who were sitting and trying to watch stars.
02:19That's when there was an argument and argument ended up in a clash and the tourists were
02:24attacked by the local accused and thrown in the lake.
02:27Two of them escaped from the lake, one person drowned and died.
02:32And the police are looking for the accused who have been involved in this case and searching
02:39for them across the state.
