00:22essentially to cave to their demands.

00:25I don't think that the Russians want to bargain against themselves at this point.

00:30But I think the overall outline of at least an interim solution acceptable to them is

00:38relatively clear, and I think that they are counting on the U.S. to deliver that to them.
