00:112017, I couldn't talk. I'd had a stroke.

00:15They found I had a faulty heart valve.

00:19So five years ago, I was given a small £4.99 cheese kit

00:24by my sister-in-law for Christmas.

00:27Started making cheese from there, really.

00:29The football is still the same passion,

00:31but it comes out in a different way, more mad,

00:34and a passion like that, more raw.

00:39I would advise anybody to make cheese, absolutely anybody.

00:43Lucky to have met so many lovely people in my life.

00:47It's just beyond words. The atmosphere is really special.
