00:15Education Secretary Juan Edgardo Sonny Angara led the inauguration and turnover of the newly constructed Andulor Elementary School building, a last-mile school in Tabaan, Surtuba, Benguet, on February 25.
00:27Angara said that this is one of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.'s moves to ensure that no child is left behind in education under the Bagong Pilipinas brand of governance.
00:57The school also received learning tools including 10 tablets and a laptop. Beneficiaries expressed gratitude to the DepEd. They said that this will significantly improve the learning condition of the 66 learners in the school.
01:27While the building is currently solar-powered, actions are on the pipeline to energize the last-mile school.
01:50This initiative is part of the government's commitment to closing the gaps and providing quality education for the Filipino learners.
