00:12The Department of Transportation will not put a timeline for the first underground railway project here in the country.

00:21This is what DOTR Secretary Vince Dizon said.

00:24Because of the problems arising from the rapid completion of the project, such as issues with the right-of-way,

00:30one of the factors that slows it down are the informal settlers.

00:35Because of the ROAC, which prohibits the payment to the informal settlers,

00:40they need to look for a relocation before the project starts, which will hit their homes.

00:47The underground will go to Bicutan and Paranaque.

00:54It has 17 rail stations and is connected to the IA Terminal 3, which will provide services to the passengers of Paliparan.
