Ukraine and U.S. Agree on Rare Minerals Deal

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is expected to sign a rare minerals deal in the U.S. later this week, after the two countries agreed on terms. The deal is expected to see the U.S. jointly develop Ukraine's mineral wealth, and includes a reference to security in Kyiv as the U.S. seeks to end the war with Russia.
