00:08That is clear. Of course we have to address all the problems in the club but one important

00:16piece of this moment is to understand how we get this situation. It has to do a lot

00:23with the lack of success with the football team because I think we are the engine of

00:28any football club. So I just want to help the club in my department to improve the team

00:34and improve the players and to have success.

00:39When you are doing the changes, if you have a football team that is playing well and are

00:45winning games, in a certain way it's easier for the fans and for everybody to feel that

00:53changes. But in this moment we are in the difficult period inside of the club and inside

01:00of the pitch. So we have to fight against this feeling and we have to do our job and

01:06we are trying our best in this moment to help the team to perform better.
