00:23Kate Major was at a doctor's appointment when she noticed Lohan in the parking lot,

00:32authorities that he had allegedly flipped her out of a chair at her home a few days earlier,
00:37causing visible bruising. Deputies confirmed her injuries and took Michael Lohan into custody
00:44without incident. He is set to appear in court on Monday to address the charges against him.
00:50This is not the first time Michael Lohan and Kate Major have had legal trouble.
