00:00The Commission on Elections is now 95% ready for the 2025 election, according to COMELEC Chairman George Garcia,

00:13who is following the schedule of their various preparations, such as the printing of balotas.

00:17The number of balotas printed so far is 45 million, which is equivalent to 60% of the more than 72 million ballots used in the election.

00:26COMELEC was allowed to print ballots after the Moro Parliamentary Elections were held on October 13.

00:32As the election draws near, the number of people who were arrested in the election gun ban also increased.

00:37On the PNP's monitoring as of February 23, 1,183 were the last to be arrested.

00:43Most of the arrested were still civilians.

00:47There were also the last seven police officers, soldiers, and six other law enforcement agencies.

00:5324 security guards, 22 elected and appointed officials of the government, six foreigners, and two minors.
