00:00Comelec issued guidelines for the debates conducted by the candidates on television and radio.

00:06It is stated in Resolution No. 11115 that the purpose of the debate is to inform the voters of the candidates' platforms.

00:15Comelec also insisted that these debates should be conducted in a fair manner.

00:21Organizers should also treat the candidates and their supporters and families fairly.

00:28There should be no political bias or favoritism in the places where the debate will be conducted.

00:34The debates, forums, and interviews should be conducted or filmed in a quiet and fair place

00:40to show the professionalism and proper decorum of the candidates and the people attending.

00:46Organizers should also inform the debate, forums, and interviews for a week before conducting the activity.

00:54Comelec may be invited to the debate, but they have no answer to any damages or injuries or losses that may occur during the debate.
