00:00First of all, we would like to know about today's scene, what exactly happened?
00:06So, in today's scene, Sachin and I try to make Kaku eat food because I went to call Kaku to eat food but he refused.
00:16Because Akash and Rhea are not at home.
00:18So, that feeling that there are three sons and three daughters-in-law at home, but a missing leg at home, how much it affects Kaku.
00:26So, there is a scene here where both of them refuse to eat.
00:31And after this, there is a scene where I go to convince Rhea to come back home.
00:36And the same goes to Sachin that he goes to convince Akash to come home and forget whatever happened.
00:43Talking about the show, it is a very interesting show and we are liking it a lot.
00:48Yes.
00:49What do you think about it?
00:51We are getting so much love from the viewers.
00:56Actually, it will be almost a year since we worked together and got on-air for this show.
01:04So, we get a lot of happiness when we see our own journey as Sachin, Saili, Renu, Baba or our Deshmukh family and even Maika.
01:14So, so much time has passed that we all feel like home and I am so happy that the viewers have given us so much love.
01:22Staying connected with Saili's life, feeling what happened to her or the way I portrayed that you all liked it so much.
01:31So, I am very glad that the audience is liking and loving the character and the show.
01:36And we are actually working very hard on it.
01:38Every time we bring a new track, do something new, do something relatable, act something relatable so that people can connect.
01:46Talking about Sachin, how was your working with him?
01:50It has been good working with him because I think he is one of the comforting artists on our set too.
01:56With respect to other cast also.
01:58So, it's not just with me but I think he as a person is only very comfortable.
02:03I am one of those who work daily but the new characters who come for 2-3 days or who have a short track,
02:11they have a good bond with them too.
02:13So, I think it's his aura only that makes the other one very comfortable to work with.
02:17If we talk about reality shows, what would you say to the actors who come here?
02:30I won't lie, I didn't think that I will do this or that.
02:36I just prayed for something really good for me and my family and I think this is what I have got.
02:43So, if God can give me something better than this, I am totally fine taking it and whatever comes on my way.
02:51But I don't think that I have to do this or that.
02:54Whatever comes on my way and I think it's right for me, I will do it.
02:58Women's Day is coming, so what does Women's Day mean to you personally?
03:02Women's Day means a lot to me because as I am growing old, I am understanding what every women go through in their life.
03:11I mean, the journey of me from a kid to a teenage girl to turning into an adult.
03:18I can say that I am understanding what all things a girl goes through.
03:22Our mom, our sisters, our sisters-in-law, our friends or the female basically,
03:31what all struggles and sacrifices they have done in their life to reach a certain level.
03:37I think I am understanding that and definitely, I am not saying it's difficult to be a woman
03:42but I feel no species is as strong as women are in the world.
03:48Can you share a woman who has inspired you most in your journey?
03:52There are quite few actually, it's not just one because I am not saying that you get all the qualities in one person.
03:58So, there are a lot of people who have inspired me to be what I am.
04:02Especially my sister, my mom, my best friend, my good friend who I look upon.
04:08Even if I am married, I don't want to leave my job or I just want to be a housewife.
04:14And I am not saying that it's wrong to be a housewife but we miss our identity if we stay at home all the time.
04:22And even with Sailly also, I have learnt so much.
04:25Whether I do those things or not, I have learnt a lot from her.
04:29So, there are a lot of women who have inspired me to be what I am today.
04:33And even myself, I thank myself for taking certain decisions of my life for myself.
04:38And I will just say, stay strong girls.
04:42How do you think the entertainment industry has evolved in terms of empowering women?
04:47Quite I can say because if you see the scenario of my family, I come from a family where I have been given freedom.
04:57But there are people who are still not able to work in our field.
05:01But the working environment has been quite, not what you think like.
05:05The mentality, I don't have the word in my mouth but the hypothetical situation that I have in my mind
05:15that working in this field is wrong or working in this field leads to this or that.
05:21I think there is nothing like that.
05:22There is nothing like that.
05:23It's all in your mind and what happens outside.
05:26It's just what you are doing is your job and you should love your job and work hard for it.
05:31Be it anything.
05:32Have you faced any gender biases in your career or how do you overcome it?
05:37I think the differences will always be there.
05:40If we start the argument of male-female, there will never be a conclusion because
05:45I don't compare myself with my male co-actor because he is playing a different role and I am playing a different role.
05:51Be it with respect to any department also.
05:54I don't think that my job will be done by a boy or I will be able to do a boy's job.
05:59So we are different in our own way.
06:01There shouldn't be a comparison and the gender bias that you are talking about,
06:05I think even if it happens, it will remain.
06:08I try to be strong enough or if I want to fight also.
06:14I am not saying that I will lose.
06:15But there are certain things that even boys will not be able to do, which I am doing.
06:19So I don't have a particular answer for this.
06:22But this is what I feel like.
06:24Do you think female-centric films and roles are getting more recognition today?
06:27Yeah, I do agree with that.
06:29Because nowadays a lot of movies have come.
06:33And I think this is also empowering.
06:36Awareness is awakening in people that these things are wrong.
06:39Like Thappad movie came, Chhapaak movie came, Mary Kom came.
06:44Abhi hi Mrs. movie aaya.
06:46She was like housewife all the time.
06:48Main abhi dekhi thi.
06:49Phir even do patti karke movie, Kriti Sanon ki.
06:53I think these movies are giving a message to the society ki itna mat saho.
06:59Saho.
07:00Aisa nahi hai ki adjustment nahi karne chahiye, compromises nahi karne chahiye.
07:02But ek limit tak.
07:03You need to stand for yourself.
07:05And jab khud ke liye stand lete ho, toh obviously aapko lagega ki aap bahut galat decision le re ho.
07:10But I am telling you girls, ek baar khud ke liye decision le liya na, aapko acha lagega.
07:14Khud ke liye.
07:15What changes would you like to see in the industry to make it more inclusive for women?
07:20I don't have anything as such for now ki main koi cheez aise bolu ki oh ye change chahiye, wo change chahiye.
07:26Because me as a person even I am learning a lot of things everyday, new day, new people I meet, new things I do.
07:32I have just started with my career journey.
07:35So I don't have any specific answer for this ki ye change hona chahiye.
07:39But agar kuch hoga toh I am sure ki aage ke time pe main bhi mention karungi aisa kuch.
07:44As a public figure, how do you use your crack on to support women?
07:49I won't say ki, actually socially I am very inactive in that case.
07:56Matlab main bahut hi thoda lag karti hu ye sab cheezon mein peeche.
08:00But haan I am working on it ki main some or the other way support karu cheezon ko ya jo right ho se.
08:07How do you balance your personal and professional life especially in a demanding industry?
08:11It is bit difficult because jo working hours hai humare wo thoda personal life ko kha jaati hai.
08:16And personal life ko toh chhodo meet time bhi nahi milta hai humein.
08:20Especially when you are working in a daily scope.
08:22Toh thoda nahi bahut difficult ho jata hai but this is what I choose actually.
08:27This is what I love doing.
08:28So I don't think ki I would not want to do this and feel like oh I am missing out on something else.
08:36Ek chhoda se fun light hearted question jo jata hai.
08:39If you could play any powerful female figure from the history, who would it be and why?
08:47Actually mujhe aisa main mein nahi aaya ki kisi ek hi insaan ke related main movie banaungi.
08:54I personally feel even I as an individual is quite strong with respect to any decision that I have been making in my life.
09:03If you could play any powerful female figure from the history, who would it be and why?
09:21Bahut difficult hai yeh answer karna because there are so many strong and empowered women that I like.
09:27Ki inhone kitna kuch kiya hai, sacrifice hamare liye.
09:31I don't mind doing any actually.
09:37Aap mujhe option dijiye.
09:39Aapne mujhe option diye, no doubt.
09:44I think Jhansi ki Rani would be a good pick for me.
09:48How do you usually celebrate Women's Day?
09:51Agar main kaam kar rahi hoon toh main kahi nahi jaa paati hoon.
09:54Agar main ghar par hoon toh main mummy aur meri behen ke saath.
09:57Obviously we have a family dinner, it's not just women oriented.
10:00But I tend to take my family out for lunch and dinner or however the schedule works.
10:07If you had to dedicate a song for all these strong women, which one would it be?
10:12Strong women?
10:15Song? Main bahut kam naane sunte hoon.
10:20On loop hota hai mera ek ki, baste rahata hai.
10:27I don't know man, I really don't know.
10:30Hi, this is Neha Harsora, aapke pyari Sahili and wishing you all women a very happy Women's Day.
