00:22According to Customs, they contracted a disposal facility in Capa Starlak
00:26to destroy the 270 million pesos worth of cigarettes that were smuggled in 2021 and 2022.
00:34But instead of destroying them, the NBI ordered the buy-bust operation and contracted the company that owns the facility to sell the cigarettes.
