Racial slurs, then violence: Arunachal students attacked in Delhi

Two Arunachal students faced racial abuse before being brutally assaulted in Delhi’s Hari Nagar.

00:59Nabam Barka, one of the victims, posted a video of the ordeal online, requesting the

01:03Arunachal Pradesh government's intervention.
