00:20The Michelin Guide, published by the French Thai Company, awards stars to top restaurants

00:29While the Guide is visiting the Philippines for the first time, Filipino restaurants

00:32have previously earned recognition, such as Soseko, Modern, and Makrase, which received

00:37a Michelin star in 2022.
