00:27us why Kings XI actually has a good chance to win today despite the fact that they are

00:33facing Delhi Capitals.

00:35Remember Delhi Capitals closed third in the last season and but he says Kings XI has a

00:41good chance because they have a whole new team and ready to take on the Delhi Capitals

00:46today.

00:47Basically in Kings XI Punjab, we feel that this time, we support our team every time

00:52but this time we are facing like we have three new changes that is a Puran, Kotral and we

00:59have Chris Gayle also but today anyways Chris Gayle is not playing but still we can trust

01:05on Puran.

01:06Maxwell is in form and then bowling attack already we have a new spinner from India which

01:12is Ravindra Bishnoi, he's playing really well today so we can say their main issues were

01:19with the bowling which they have come up.

01:22So this year, we are expecting Kings XI will win this trophy for sure.

01:28Amazing, I love the optimism and what about Delhi Capitals?

01:32Yeah, Delhi is also strong, they also have Hetmer but today unfortunately he was not

01:38able to play well, he got out early and as we can say till now they have already lost

01:43three wickets and still they are facing but two of the very best batsmen are playing,

01:47the captain is still on the field, he's still playing here and Rishabh Pant obviously is

01:52a very nice player, he's also batting right now and they do have a strong bowling attack,

01:57I can say for next five to six hours if these two gentlemen will play, definitely there

02:02will be a tight match and which we will enjoy a lot.

02:12A young and exciting team, last year they did it really very well, this year and then

02:16Ricky Ponting, I'm sure they're gonna do well because still Stoinis Tukam, Akshar Patel

02:20is there, Pant is a dynamic player, you know that the day he plays and on Dubai wicket

02:24I think 150 is a good score, so today is Delhi and Delhi all the way for the cup.

02:30But it's a whole new squad right for Delhi Capitals, so you think they will still do

02:34it like they did it last season?

02:36Most definitely yes, because you know they used to play in Kotla in India, Dubai wicket

02:41is also like some kind of a bouncer wicket, so in this wicket Rabara, Norie and as well

02:46as Ravi Chandraswamy, so everybody they will do a very good swing and as I said they have

02:49a big brain behind them, Ricky Ponting and everybody knows that Mr. Ponting is well professional

02:53and mentally very strong, so we are always there with Delhi.

02:57Anything about Kings XI that you would want to be cautioned about?

03:01I think the time when the Gale will come into the team and as well as there are a few other

03:05good overseas players, they're having their strong score on the paper, but at the same

03:09time yeah how they manage the chase from here, they're a lot dependent on KL Rahul, but end

03:13of the day yeah it's all about how you handle the pressure.

03:16Right, so it's all about Ponting and his thinking.

03:33the game just equally as much as Indians do.

04:20So you guys follow IPL often?

04:24To be honest I'm a proper RCB fan and I think I fell in love with it, I guess the Kohli

04:29buzz is just always there and pretty much love the guy, how he plays, so yeah that's

04:34the why and plus the love of the game.

04:36Okay, and you are rooting for Chennai?

04:38I am yeah.

04:39Why so?

04:40Because of Tony.

04:41Oh okay.

04:42He's a very wonderful player and an excellent captain so that's why.

04:45So is Tony popular back in Pakistan?

04:48Is he like?

04:49Yes he is.

04:50I mean we just support the player as it, I mean any good player from any team doesn't

04:54matter you know so it's for the love of the game.

04:57Actually that's a lie, they've lost to Pakistan, I mean Pakistan has lost to them recently

05:02a lot so.

05:03The most recent clash I can remember the Champions Trophy final if you want to continue.

05:09I'm a Bangalore fan.

05:10We're having a little bit of a battle of our own sorts here, we have a Mumbai Indians

05:17fan here, Mr. Nanwani and there's Jaxi who's rooting for Delhi Capitals as we spoke to

05:23him earlier on, Lucky G of course is a Kings XI Punjab fan so we're going to have a little

05:30bit of a tussle, a tushen as we say okay, so please tell us why do you think Mumbai

05:36Indians will win?

05:37We are the four times champion in the IPL which is the highest one so far.

05:42If you look at the batting line or the bowling line they have a really good balance of both

05:50the side, they have a good foreign players and the domestic players so they are pretty

05:55much a good side of the winning, yes we had a tough day yesterday but that's how the game

06:01is about.

06:02So who's looking really strong in Mumbai Indians?

06:06From a batting side of it, of course the captain of the Mumbai, Rohit Sharma and the

06:10opener of D.Cock from New Zealand and the bowler is amazing is Jasprit Bumrah which

06:17I think the whole world praises him for his best bowling and the way his rates are in

06:24the bowling so we had a tough day as I said yesterday but that's the game.

06:29My question was are the grounds comfortable for Mumbai Indians, they haven't been very

06:35lucky on the UAE grounds?

06:37I mean this is the ground now they have to play it for the next 50 days over here and

06:44they have to take this title for 2020, they are the winner so they will adjust with the

06:50pitch and Dubai pitch is not bad as Mumbai because it's a high scoring pitch and they

06:55have a good batting line as I said so they will have a good number of runs on the board

07:01Even yesterday they had 165 runs which is not bad, they were just not a good day for

07:07them on the bowling side but they will come back.

07:13As I said before with Delhi definitely for the championship for this match also because

07:18we have something called Akshar Patel's lower bowler Ravi Chandran's been very experienced

07:22guys very good variation, we have an overseas of Rabada who can be lethal on this particular

07:27wicket and as I before said as well Ricky Ponting the big brain behind that one he

07:31knows how to defend the lower score he knows how to pick up the big scores and mind it

07:36Delhi always played in Kotla where the wicket is at the slower and the bouncer side this

07:39is the kind of wicket they were always looking for so it's all Delhi.

07:47See as my friend said yes obviously what he is saying is right for this point of wicket

07:52but we can say we do have changes in our team as well and based on UAE grounds when

07:59we had IPL half season last time in UAE Punjab was the best at that time and we do have the

08:04players like Glenn Maxwell and all who performed literally well on this Dubai and Abu Dhabi

08:10playgrounds and so apart from that we do have Puran which is my favorite actually from West

08:17End is all the way from West End is Puran so he is also there today and along with

08:22that our experienced captain KL Rahul with a great great experience coach Anil Kumble.

08:35Okay what about mental makeup because that's really important in a game of cricket are

08:41they ready the new squad?

08:44Yeah because if we compare to last IPL or previous IPL season then all now all the players

08:50they have played a lot of T20 leagues in their own countries also so we have a very experienced

08:56players from Australia Maxwell we have a players from Caribbean Premier League as well like

09:02Coutrell we have Chris Gayle the universal boss still is not playing today but yes we

09:08do have it.

09:09Because we know Chris Gayle.

09:11And then Puran Nicholas Puran is best you will see today in this match we are waiting

09:15for his batting.

09:20Yeah it's good and I think 135 plus is very much defendable over here it's gonna be a

09:25tough chase we have a game on as IPL brand is all about it's give you the excitement

09:35said this IPL is going to be for the fans so 135 from here now it's going to be a very

09:39challenging score for me.
