00:18in the public school system that's gonna teach your dyslexic kid reading and

00:22writing. The teachers just gave us homework and said do it.

00:26Dennis gave up. And I was like, how is this possible?

00:35In a city like New York, in a school system that is over 70 percent children of color,

00:40the fact that a major portion of them are just never gonna read is offensive to me.

00:48All of us have kids struggling with this. If I don't help him,
