00:11Well, it is a very special day.

00:14In fact, the whole week has been very special because Sultan Al Nayyadi has returned to

00:20earth and he is coming home.

00:23And when we say he's coming home, we are saying that he's coming home to Al Ain.

00:28And we are here, the whole team of Gulf News is here in Al Ain to meet with his family

00:35and some old friends.

00:37Earlier, we also passed by his house where preparations are strife for the return of

00:45Sultan Al Nayyadi.

00:46A tent has been set up right in front of his villa and dignitaries, families and friends

00:51will be visiting him tomorrow or day after.

00:56Plus, we saw a massive poster of Al Nayyadi just spread right there in front of his villa.

01:04Right now, I'm here in the majlis of the family of Al Nayyadi's friends.

01:10Yes, that's right.

01:11We're in the majlis of the Al Ahbabis and they are very old friends of Sultan Al Nayyadi

01:18and his father and the entire family.

01:22In fact, with me is a veteran, a very senior person, over 90 years of age.

01:29His name is Mr. Ali Al Ahbabi and he has served as a poet with the late Sheikh Zayed and we

01:39are here to meet his sons and his entire family and they are going to be reminiscing their

01:46memories with Al Nayyadi.

02:05So we are very honored and very happy of the achievement that Sultan Al Nayyadi has did

02:12for the country and for the Arab world.

02:16We are very happy that Sultan Al Nayyadi has accomplished this mission and made such

02:26a success for the Arab world.

02:29My father, he supports this achievement.

02:32He was very happy for Sultan Al Nayyadi and Al Nayyadi family.

02:37He's been a friend of Sheikh Al Nayyadi for a long time.

02:41For him to see one of his children has achieved this achievement has been outstanding and

02:52an amazing achievement for the country.

02:55Hi, my name is Awad Al Ahbabi, son of Ali Mana Al Ahbabi.

03:01We take an immense pride in the safe return of Astronaut Sultan Al Nayyadi to Earth, which

03:12is indeed the safe return of Astronaut Sultan Al Nayyadi to Earth fills us with tremendous

03:20pride.

03:21His journey beyond our planet is a testament to human exploration and achievements.

03:30So my father, I'll translate these words that he told me, the achievements that Sultan

03:36Al Nayyadi did has been at the top of the century for the UAE.

03:43And we are very delighted to witness at our lifetime to achieve this, to go to the space,

03:53to do all the tests and explore the space for the human race.

03:58It will be such an improvement for the future and for the right moment.

04:05So one of the things that made us proud as well, we live in Al Ain and my father has

04:11been in Al Ain for decades.

04:13So it's just very honoring for us to have one of us or one of our friends to achieve

04:21this achievement.

04:23So we were celebrating this as like he's our brother.

04:27He's one of the family because, you know, Al Ain is like a one big house.

04:32Everyone is related.

04:34Everyone is related and everyone is like a big house.

04:38So to see this achievement coming from Al Ain makes us very proud.
