00:33That's a little bit of a bait and switch.

00:35But we said, you know, we're talking to all of his other people.

00:38We talked to various ministers and these other people.

00:40And really, Federico Schwarzenegger was the real big guy that we wanted

00:44to talk to because he was the Ministry of Deregulation.

00:47And we wanted to understand what, if any,

00:49opportunity there was for public-private partnerships.

00:52Because I view Argentina as a labor market.

00:54We're building Lace Wallet down there.

00:56We're creating jobs.

00:57We signed an MOU with Globant.

00:59It's a 20,000 developer company.

01:01We don't actually need a single deal from the Argentine government.

01:04We were just curious what Malay wanted to do.

01:07So we had all these people that we'd encounter along the way,

01:09and they say, hey, you know, give us a little something, something.

01:14We can get you a meeting.

01:16And, oh, yeah, magical things can happen.

01:19I said, well, that would be a violation of the FCPA.

01:22We can't do that.

01:23And then suddenly they stopped talking to us.
