Ukraine: China can play important role in peace process

The Head of the Office of President Volodomyr Zelenskyy said Ukraine sees China playing an important role in the Russia/Ukraine peace process.

Andriy Yermak added that Ukraine is interested in building strong relations with China and wanted to arrange a meeting between the countries' leaders.

Yermak’s comments came moments after Chinese foreign minister Wang Yi met with his Ukrainian counterpart in Munich.
