00:00Soon, human longevity will surpass 120 years, and with that, we will have to prepare for

00:13the long game of 60-year careers.

00:16How do we prepare for that?

00:18For this, we'll need to break away from our habits and build intention.

00:22Here are some ideas to get you started.

00:25Think of your career in the long term, instead of annual cycles which is purely the short

00:30term.

00:31Identify your zone of creative tension, not doing things which come easy, but building

00:37in some challenge in stuff that you attempt.

00:40Cultivate curiosity.

00:41In a year, try and plan to meet at least 6 individuals and have a conversation with them,

00:48who are very different from the usual people that you work with.

00:52Move your focus from the job to yourself.

00:55If you want to change yourself, you have to increase the awareness about your own self.
