What do you need to play golf? Well that does depend on your location, is it at a golf club or a fun driving range like Topgolf Dubai?

Either way Emirates Golf Club have everything to get you started, from golf clubs, balls, ball markers, tees, gloves, towels, GPS yardage lasers. The question is, do you need all of that stuff to start playing? The answer is, absolutely not! To begin golf, all you need is to show up at your local PGA academy. The Emirates Golf Club have two, the Peter Cowen Academy and Topgolf Dubai. As far as equipment goes, all academies here in the UAE will have what you need to get you started and to help you through those early days.

00:00So what do we need to play golf? Well it all depends on your location. Is it a golf club or a
00:05fun driving range like our Topgolf Dubai? So what do we need? We can have a half set of golf clubs
00:09or a full set of golf clubs. We also have a towel to clean our clubs, some balls, a ball marker,
00:13some tees, a glove and a rangefinder. If there's a dress code we've got polo shirts and tailored
00:18shorts and skirts. When heading out to play we can either take a trolley or a buggy. The question is
00:23do we need all of those things to start playing? Absolutely not. We're also very lucky to have
00:27Topgolf Academy. What is needed? Just a big smile. Clubs are in every bay and what's more?
00:33Fancy little stack, Topgolf has you covered. To begin golf all you need to do is show up at
00:37your local golf course or driving range. We're looking here at the Emirates Golf Club to have
00:40the Peter Cowan Academy. And did you know Peter Cowan has more tour golf winners than any other
