00:07The whole thing that shaped up my grandfather and his generation and their ancestors and

00:15our ancestors going back is this beautiful blend of adversity and prosperity.

00:30Adversity comes from the danger of disconnecting from families for about one month.

00:38Out of 1,000 you get 10 pearls, approximately 1%.

00:47Sometimes it takes days to get this, sometimes months, changing from place to place with

00:54frustrations, with disappointment, and then suddenly out of this oyster comes a beautiful

01:00shiny big pot.

01:02All these blends of adversity and prosperity has created some sort of a social structure,

01:13both a social structure on the communities.

01:17We were globalized before even the setup of the UAE.

01:24Each civilization has passed through this, humanity has passed by this course and spoke

01:30highly about it.

01:32UAE and the coast of the UAE for 1,000 years known to be for one thing is the pearl.

01:41So we are shaped up from the talent and the profession of the pearling to diverse economy

01:51today.

01:52All this has been protected highly by the rulers and the families for about 400 years

01:59at least from a pearling business to diverse economy today.
