00:00There's an overwhelming sense of gratitude from the fact that we're able to come actually all the way and start filming.
00:08And the fact that it happens to be Dubai was no surprise because if I would have to bet any country around the world to set an example, like they've always done,
00:18and I know this is not just social talking, but I mean it because Dubai has always been the country to set the trend on everything,
00:26from the tallest building to the quickest canal to the fastest train and all sorts of technology that gets introduced.
00:42I think we're not letting out as much as we've been impacted. I think a lot of people, and I'm very sad to say that there are so many people ending their lives because of this.
00:51And I think it's a serious concern about how people with daily wages are able to manage.
00:57See, somebody like me who's been blessed with some of the best in life, even for me to have liquidity for six, seven months to run, it's just, you know, not when your payments stop on Monday.
01:10It's extremely abrupt.
01:12It's extremely abrupt. If somebody says, hey, you know what, you're not going to feel well, you're going to be in the hospital or you've broken your legs and you can't shoot for eight, you know, you have time to prepare for it.
01:20But nobody keeps that much ready cash at hand. So even though your net worth might be worth a lot more, maybe you have land or property or stock, but you can't sell it now.
01:28So for all the people who depend on you, you know, suddenly reality strikes you on the face because imagine being in a position when you're employed eight people, four of them have got kids in school.
01:40Two of them has to get their wife's surgery done or whatever. And they're saying, sir, can you not cut our salary? I need to take her to the hospital.
01:48And I'm thinking I have, I don't know how long I need to ration my funds so I can sit, you know, here, take the money, we'll worry about later, which is what I've been doing.
01:56But the worrying about the later is becoming a large worry. And so one of the reasons that I think everybody is very keen to get back to work is to make sure that not only are you able to sustain your lifestyle, but also those people who are involved with their lifestyles with respect to your earnings.
02:10You know, the way we've been hurtling in our lives, you know, before the COVID era, the kind of things that were important to us, the kind of impatience which we were running in, especially in the cities, the amount of, what do you call,
02:30the word I'm looking for is dissatisfaction and impulsive need to keep on changing and moving and doing things. More than that, it's basically hurtling down, like a feeling like you're hurtling down the hillside. That has taken a sudden stop.
02:47So when they said it's going to be for the lockdown, it's going to be the first 10 days, everybody was very happy. Oh, it's going to be family time. Oh, let me swab, let me clean, let me cook, everything. And slowly that became real, you know, it hit us. It became more and more obvious that that is going to be a way of your life. And then you suddenly realize how much you loved solitude, how much it really means to clean your own stuff at home.
03:09Yeah. So you went through an entire cycle. So I have to tell you, honestly, that I went from being, oh my God, I'm so grateful to them, to my domestic help, to realizing, oh, it's not such a difficult job after all. And oh my God, were they taking so much time to do this?
03:23You just fire your staff now. No, I mean, one doesn't want to do that, but you realize stuff and you become self-reliant. You realize that maybe there's a lot more peace at home because your timing is not dependent on so many people. And a lot of people have realized that they want to leave the cities and go to smaller towns and settle down. So all those realizations have happened.
03:45I think the best thing for me to do is not react. And it's not irresponsible of me. I think it's extremely responsible of me not to add to the chaos. I don't want to be quoted or have an opinion on something that I really have no idea about. You know, I'm, I'm in the COVID era. I'm sitting at home and I'm pecking at information that's been given to me. And we don't even know how much of any of that has got to do with me.
04:13And any of that has got a basis to react on. So it's creating more chaos and becoming a bigger circus. And me adding to that is something that I'm not comfortable with.
04:23I think in terms of genre, it is a thriller. But Money Heist is of a very high standard. And I love it too. And how they're doing it. And they're so real. They're so quick and it's so unpredictable. I hope we can make my trip to that.
04:43Okay. So it's something on those lines, but not Money Heist.
04:45It's not Money Heist and it's not a gag.
04:53With God's grace, getting more offers and roles today. Also more offers and roles as a main lead than ever before. And I'm grateful for that.
