00:00On 22nd of July, we'll be commencing Miami.

00:09It's quite an interesting point for us, which is the point number 12 for us in the United

00:13States.

00:14Miami will give us quite an access to the Caribbean islands, will give us even access

00:20to Latin America.

00:23But in addition to that, Miami by itself is in great catchment.

00:26A lot of corporate and SMEs companies are locating there.

00:29It generates over $295 billion in terms of the income, which is, it's time to be one

00:35of these richest sort of states or cities in the United States.

00:41Miami really adds great value for us in terms of the expansions, and the U.S. will be playing

00:47a vital role for us even when the Expo will commence.

00:50The U.S. was almost among the top five in terms of the contributors for the Expo in

00:55terms of the tourists.

00:56We're looking quickly in terms of the number of visitors for the last two months, July

01:00and August, current and next month.

01:03Almost 16,000 visitors are coming from the United States to Dubai.

01:08We're seeing 14,000 from Dubai visiting the United States during this period of time,

01:13and that's only from the booking point of view.

01:16And from the tourists, even, the number is way above that, I mean, from the pre-pandemic

01:21time.

01:22We had almost 55,000 tourists used to visit Dubai per month, and that, almost 50 percent

01:29of that number recovered from the tourist angle.

01:32When I look at it from the Expo angle, for sure, I think the U.S. will play this kind

01:40of role in terms of adding at least between 20,000 to 30,000 tourists per month into the

01:46Expo.

01:47Our aim, with the kind of growth and putting more capacities and more creativity to the

01:53United States, our goal and objective is to bring the U.S. back to its capacity to the

01:59pre-pandemic time as quick as we can.

02:04And that's what we're aiming for.

02:08On a positive note, again, we have seen our city, Dubai, had played a vital role again

02:14back in July when we opened in front of the tourists.

02:18And Dubai have taken all the right measures.

02:20That kind of confidence that Dubai built in during that time, we have seen a trend, which

02:25is quite an increasing month by month in terms of the number of visitors visiting Dubai.

02:31We have looked at just last five months, the visitors to Dubai exceeded almost 2.5 million

02:37as per the DTCM number that they published.

02:40We also have seen from our side in terms of 50% of the traffic that Emirates today

02:46carries is to Dubai, which again is quite a change from the pre-pandemic time when we

02:52have seen 75% going to beyond the Six Freedom and 25% was Dubai.

02:57The number way exceeded.

02:58And again, that's a positive signal given in terms of where Dubai stands in front of

03:04people.

03:05It's very attractive and more people are coming in.

03:08And 50% of the traffic that today coming to Dubai, they're a first timer.

03:13They haven't visited Dubai in the past.

03:15That again, it's a signal of where Dubai brand and name standing internationally and how

03:21people perceive it.
