00:09Another rider was counter-flowed to avoid being caught.

00:21In order to avoid being caught by the traffic violator in EDSA,

00:24this motorist counter-flowed.

00:26On top of that, the northbound of St. Olan flyover was also caught.

00:34But he did not disappear after being chased by the operatives

00:37of the Special Action and Intelligence Committee for Transportation or SAIC.

00:40He said that he did the wrong thing.

00:42That's why he was asked why he counter-flowed.

00:44It's not in the law, sir.

00:46That's why it's not allowed in the law.

00:50If the problem can be avoided, it's like that.

00:53The rider added that he was afraid to see the SAIC operatives.

00:58He was caught last December and paid Php 5,000.

01:02But because of what he did, aside from the Php 5,000 penalty,

01:05he will also be fined for reckless driving and counter-flow to EDSA.

01:13Most of the motorcycle riders who were caught by SAIC

01:16are usually accused of being part of the EDSA busway.

01:24This ambulance was not saved even though it has a patient.

01:28It's not an emergency case, that's why it was stopped and the SAIC was still stopped.

01:32A reminder of SAIC, not all ambulances with a patient can pass through the busway.

01:37Only those with a serious emergency were allowed to enter.

01:41Within more than two hours of the operation,

01:4330 violators were caught by SAIC operatives.
