00:00We came today because my father was tested positive.
00:04Like two weeks ago he had some symptoms and he went to the clinic.
00:07So two days ago the results came back that he's positive.
00:11So from that day it was Wednesday or Thursday.
00:14So on that day we called the authorities and we told them that we are around 20 people in the house.
00:19So we called the authorities, they took the appointment today.
00:22And I would like to thank the authorities and the Dubai government and the UAE government actually.
00:27Because the procedure was very fast and very easy.
00:30And it's very convenient for the families, especially the kids.
00:33Because it's very hard to take them to the clinic.
00:35Today in each car we are three, but in total we are around 13, 14.
00:44We are open from 10 to 6.
00:46Our amount of people that we can see in the center is around 500 patients per day.
00:50The first line of people who we want to treat is the people who are above 60.
00:55Who have medical conditions, who are medically compromised.
00:58Either blood pressure, diabetes, immunocompromised patients.
01:03Pregnant patients and also handicapped patients which are people of determination.
01:07They can go through the Saha application or make an appointment through 800 1717 Istijaba.
01:13And they will happily make an appointment for you after asking a few questions.
01:16Regarding payments, it's done all through the app.
01:19The idea is to screen as many patients as possible.
01:24And if we screen the more patients, the easier it is for us to get who is with the virus.
01:31And then we can contain them and isolate them.
01:34As soon as we get our test results, we have the list of the patients.
01:38And we send them to the preventive medicine department in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
01:42And they do the necessary recalls and they tell them what to do.
01:47Usually the time it takes is 5 to 10 minutes from coming into the tent to coming out.
01:53And we get the results in 2 to 4 days.
01:56We recommend that you stay at home until you receive your test.
02:00The names are automatically sent to the preventive departments in each of the emirates.
02:05And they do the recalls and they follow up with these patients.
02:08Either they go to the hospitals for medical treatment.
02:11Or they are isolated and they get these recommendations.
02:14Please stay away from people.
02:17Go out wearing masks and gloves as well.
02:21Don't try and keep a distance between the people when you go to the supermarkets.
02:26Social distancing is very important.
02:29Together we can get the virus and get the disease.
02:31And we can become a zero nation.
