00:03If you're stepping out to buy groceries, make sure that you're at least at a 6 feet distance from each other.

00:12Do not touch your face. Come back. Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds.

00:16Sanitize everything that you've touched.

00:19If you're going in your lift, don't press the lift button with your hand, press it with your elbow.

00:23If you're a righty, use your left hand to open all the doors and turn knobs.

00:27Stay positive, stay fit, stay at home.
