00:17I used to, every Eid I was very particular, I should have a new outfit with embroidery
00:21done by myself.
00:23And that's how, you know, like I thought that I'll do something related to clothes.

00:32Eid is just around the corner and it's a very busy time for us, especially for tailoring.
00:38So a lot of people, a lot of families in fact, you know, it's not a single client, a lot
00:42of families, they come here for tailoring because I feel that, you know, more than buying
00:47the pret line, they want to buy, have the tailoring done because it makes them feel
00:53that, you know, it's the festive part of the season is here and they have to have it
00:57staged according to what they've been thinking all the time that they'll get this outfit
01:01done for the Eid.
01:02We want everybody to be happy at this time.
01:04Whoever has given us their outfits, they should be happy and they should be like what they've
01:09been thinking all this time that this is how the outfit should be.
01:13This is where I have my clothings done, all my tailoring done.
01:17I don't go anywhere else.
01:18I've been here 15 years.
01:20In the beginning, I used to go to other tailors and I used to get very disappointed.
01:26She will sit there, she will do the drawings as what you would want.
01:32It's a complete, what I would say is a passion with me.
01:41You feel part of her shop, part of her.
01:46She treats you not like a customer, she treats you more like a family.
01:50Yes, it's very different because when people come to us, we don't ask them that, you know,
01:55okay, if you want, what do you want or what?
01:57We suggest them a lot of things.
01:58We sort of advise them and we do like, my input is to put laces, embellishments, whatever.
02:06They don't have to go and buy them from the market.
02:08I help them with everything.
02:10I outsource them for them and then, you know, I like every outfit to look nice and have
02:16some sort of difference than just going to a normal tailor.
02:20It should be like designed that way according to the person's personality and what the client
02:25wants and I put in a lot of effort for that.
