00:12The former aspiring investment banker was in full form as she greeted her adoring fans

00:19But foremost on her mind was an important message she wanted to get across to the fans

00:23who had been steadfastly waiting to see her in the suffocating summer heat.

00:48The former PR consultant for Yash Raj Films was feeling nostalgic as she was taken on

00:52a tour of the new supermarket.

00:54Can I tell you honestly it really feels like I'm back to my university days because these

00:59are the kind of stores we used to crave when we used to live outside of India because whenever

01:03we're in India we take all these products for granted.

01:06Honestly when there is an Indian community living abroad and they're craving things from

01:10their own state or their country honestly this is heaven for them.

01:14So I'm honestly feeling so happy for the people who live here that they actually have such

01:18a great store.

01:19When asked if she had any issues with carbs in her diet, Chopra stoically responded.

01:23What do you mean?

01:24I don't know why carbs are the enemy.

01:26They should not be.

01:27We are all Indians here.

01:29We've all grown up on roti and rice so I don't know why suddenly they've become the enemy

01:34but yes if there are people who feel like it's not suiting them there are options for

01:40you.

01:41There are gluten free options.

01:42They're all available here.

01:43So yeah I don't think we should blame the carbs.

01:45I think we've learned about our bodies too late.

01:47The multiple award winning actress also displayed strong opinions on the topic of eating healthy.

01:52I think it's very important to eat healthy which is something I never used to appreciate

01:55earlier.

01:56But I think that comes at the right time in your life and now it has and now I enjoy binging

02:03whenever I want to but then I also take care of my health.

02:06I kind of balance it.

02:07So yes I think it's very important to do everything in moderation, in balance.

02:12Everybody will say that to you because there is no bigger truth.

02:15Whether it's receiving triple honours in university, leading a catering team for the

02:18Manchester United Football Club or rising to the top of the Bollywood elite female actors,

02:23there's no doubt that Piraniti Chopra finds success in whatever she puts her formidable
